When the call came to redesign the VFDA website, I was thrilled to take on the project. I had been maintaining their previous site for 7 years and it was time for a fresh look, easier navigation, and a responsive theme that displays well across various devices. My favorite part of this project was integrating MemberPress for memberships and protected content, LearnDash for 2 online courses, and Gravity Forms to handle the many registration and payment forms used on the site. I also got to create Custom Post Types for news items and obituaries that will make the site much, much easier to maintain going forward.
